Build the route

In Model Y, enable Trip Planner in the navigation settings and set the endpoint. When charging is required, the system adds a Supercharger and shows the recommended duration of stops and the forecast of energy balance. Check the stops and forecast for return.

Update the energy forecast

The calculation is specified during movement, taking into account the flow rate and conditions. On the Supercharger, the screen shows the charging time required to the next stop or target. If you leave earlier or charge longer, subsequent stops are counted. Navigation to the station also allows the car to prepare the battery for fast charging.

Check alternatives

A third-party station can be added manually: displaying it on a map does not automatically mean inclusion in the plan. Check the information and restrictions in the station card. If the Supercharger on the route is unavailable, the system tries to offer another; continue to monitor the charge forecast, especially before removing stops.

Keep in mind: Trip Planner is not available in all regions; forecasts need to be checked along the way.
