Practical checklist
Preparing to contact the provider
Editorial guidance — check with the provider what you will need for your specific case.
It may help to provide the model, year and mileage. Send information directly to the provider, and only share what is needed for the consultation.
What to tell them
- The symptoms and when they occur; the text of any on-screen alerts and what has already been checked.
What to prepare
- If available: service history and previous diagnostic reports.
What to ask
- How much does the initial diagnosis cost?
- Will you agree the estimate and scope of repairs before work begins, and what warranty applies?
This description is based on information published by the provider. A directory listing does not imply Tesla authorisation or an independent assessment of service quality. Before travelling, confirm the services offered, reception address and appointment availability.
