Practical checklist
Preparing to contact the provider
Editorial guidance — check with the provider what you will need for your specific case.
It may help to provide the model, year and mileage. Send information directly to the provider, and only share what is needed for the consultation.
What to tell them
- The model and year; which parts are damaged and when it happened.
- Whether this is an insurance claim or is being handled through an insurer, if applicable.
What to prepare
- Photos of the damage from several angles.
- If available: insurance claim documents and the insurer’s assessment.
What to ask
- How is the estimate prepared, and what work does it include?
- Does the assessment need to be approved by the insurer first?
This description is based on information published by the provider. A directory listing does not imply Tesla authorisation or an independent assessment of service quality. Before travelling, confirm the services offered, reception address and appointment availability.
